We build the cottage according to your wishes

Description valid for all cabins above 50 squaremeters:
Havrefjell Hyttene delivers the cottage as agreed in the contract with the client. Our objective is that every one is able to find the cottage that suits him the best. It is also possible to adjust the different models from the catalogue to your own wishes. We have our own factory for production of the walls in clean and dry environment. Regularly we start with a armed concrete foundation, with Radon protection.

The base for the contract is the arranged building plan plus a written description of the cottage how it has to be delivered. The type of covering for the exterior of the cottage is described, what kind of roofing, the windows and the outer doors. If necessary also the characteristics of the terrace are put in the description.

The interior of the cottage is completed with a oak floor. Other types of floor are possible if you pay a surcharge. The cottage is being insulated with outer walls resistant to the weather conditions and insulating material in them with a thickness of 200mm. In the ceiling the insulation is 250mm thick and under the floor this is even 250mm.

The inner walls, ceiling and floor are built out of wood. The standard used cornices and panels are from pine. Of course it is possible to choose for panels of a special workmanship instead of the standard models, and this of course with a surcharge to pay.

A fireplace with mantelpiece is part of the standard set.

A standard kitchen of the type “Variant” is also included in the standard price. Other types and models can be arranged for a surcharge.

The standard set contains waterworks with cold and warm water and the regular sanitary facilities, together with installation, for the value of 60 000 NOK.

Finally we have secured electric cables in the standard set 40 power points over the whole cottage. Not standard included is lighting, possibly radiators or other electrical appliances.

Other needs/wishes concerning interior can be discussed, and if desired it can be delivered and installed. In this case the standard price changes.
